PROJECT PLANNING SYSTEM
Planning at Gemsan is a process that starts at the proposal stage. Planning and follow-up of the works are carried out with Primavera and MS Project programs, which use the data of the data bank developed by our company.
Projects are planned before they land on the field. The projection that best suits the field needs is designed. With the close follow-up system established in the field, the planning is kept alive and the customers are constantly informed about the flow of the work.
TCON (MATERIAL AND LOGISTICS CONTROL)
The purpose of this program is to control the logistics movements of the materials received from the customer, starting from the material acceptance stage (MIR).
It accelerates the workflow by providing maximum control to speed up the process and prevent various disruptions.
GETS (JOB TRACKING SYSTEM)
This is the system where the stages of the manufactured spools such as fit-up, assembly, welding, NDT, heat treatment and painting are followed and quality reports are kept.
All information in the resource plan is kept by GETS and is dynamically tracked. GETS is designed to be easily integrated with other manufacturing control systems of customers.
